Barça CBS has confirmed that they would be attending MIC Basketball 2017.

Female categories of MIC Basketball received some great news. Following the confirmation of the men´s squad, Barça CBS is already confirmed as one of the teams that will join us on the first edition of the MIC Basketball Tournament, which will be one of the most important tournaments held during Easter. This team was created by treaty between two historical basketball clubs such as “FC Barcelona” and “CB Santfeliuenc” to link both female sections.

Barça CBS´s first squad competes for the Catalonian Cup, the most important competition organized by “Federación Catalana de Baloncesto”. Indeed, after 13 games of the 1st round, Barça CBS is the leader of group 2 with 12 conquests in his favor. Moreover, Barça CBS was proclaimed champion of “X Lliga Nacional Catalana Femenina 2” in 2013.

 It is an emerging section, especially when we talk about youth categories, Barça CBS reached the tenth place in the Spanish Junior basketball Championship in Guadalajara.
